My handmade canapés include meat, fish and vegetarian items, some served hot and others cold. All are homemade using high quality ingredients.


A selection of canapés:
• Smoked salmon parcels

• Asparagus bundles wrapped in prosciutto

• Minted feta and pine nut filo rolls with lemon   aioli

• Mini Arnold Bennett omelettes

• Prawn, courgette and mint croutes

• Marinated mozzarella, basil and tomato skewers

• Tiny shepherd's pies

• Olive, tomato and marinated courgette, griddled   on rosemary skewers

• Roasted butternut squash and spinach frittata   with pea purée and tomato

Sweet canapés:
• Tiny lemon tarts

• Mini chocolate truffle cakes

• Mini lemon meringue pies


Or afternoon tea:
Canapés from the menu, plus finger sandwiches
with a selection of fillings. For example:

• Parma ham and mozzarella

• Egg and asparagus

• Cream cheese and cucumber with a dill crust

Children's picnic party bags:

For your child guests: a sandwich lunch, a homemade celebration fairy cake and a balloon. Labelled with the child's name, you can add a memento or small gift to the bag if you wish.
